Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. We don’t ship internationally.

How orders are fulfilled

Your order is made to order and shipped directly from a U.S.-based fulfillment facility after you place it. Prometheuz doesn’t hold inventory, so each order is processed individually.

Processing time

Orders typically process within 1 to 5 business days before they ship. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Larger orders may take longer.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days and Express delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Most Standard orders arrive within about 3 to 9 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat shipping rate: Standard $8.00 and Express $15.00. Orders over $80 ship free with Standard shipping. You’ll see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak seasons can slow delivery. Delays after your order ships are usually outside our control, but we’ll help you track your package.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can’t change an address after your order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was refused or unclaimed, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Contact us if:

  • Your tracking shows no movement for 7 days
  • Your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping
  • Your package arrives damaged (report within 14 days of delivery)

We’ll investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number when you contact us.
